Bio

Former student of the Jelenia Góra School of Photography, student of the JCK Jelenia Góra Academy. She belongs to the Association of Polish Art Photographers. A special place in the sphere of her interests is occupied by photography made with old large-format cameras. As a medium for artistic expression, the photographer has chosen the ambrotype technique. She is fascinated by darkroom work and chemical processes, particularly the wet collodion technique.

She creates her photographic reality on photographs fixed on glass plates using a technique from the second half of the 19th century. The effect visible on the plates is the result of the artist’s creative vision combined with the unpredictability of the physical and chemical process of ambrotype.
