Bio
Born in 1946 in Cracow, brought up in Klodzk; in 1969 emigrated to Israel. He graduaded on “Bezalel” Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, and then as a grant holder of the Sharet Foundation and french government he studied on L’Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. Since 1974 he lives in Paris. He paints, sculpts and do the graphics. His art works were shown on individual and collective exhibitions in Israel, France, Switzerland and US. Bilan’s art works are in polish and foreign collections.
